Bela Bartok • Max Rostal, The London Symphony Orchestra, Sir Malcolm Sargent ‎– Concerto For Violin And Orchestra
London Records ‎– LLP 302, London Records ‎– LLP.302
Released:1950

One of the first things I learned, during my ongoing dig into classical music, is that you should never pass up a Bartok lp when you see it.  Very emotive composer, strong musical language.  It’s not rare or anything but it gets snapped up quick when it turns up.  Eastern European composers are just the best.
